| Brief Biography: From the St. Joseph News-Press Jul 21, 1915: Charles E. Findley, 2009 Holman street, died at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon at a local hospital, following a prolonged illness. He is survived by his wife and three sons, John, Charles and Paul Findley, all of this city; four sisters, Mrs. L. T. Roberts and Mrs. Edward Opplinger, St. Joseph, and Mrs. Harry Davis and Mrs. E.R. Cretty, Kansas City; and three brthers, harry Findley, Osborn, Mo., Floyd Findley, Kansas City, and William Findley, Ravenwood, Mo., The dead man was a member of the St. Joseph Lodge No. 189, Knights and Ladies of Security. |
